Foillard's Fleurie is sourced from sites of impressive pedigree: the climats of Grille Midi, La Madone, and Champagne. The holdings total a mere 2 hectares making this a much more elusive bottling than his legendary Morgon Côte du Py.

Foillard's 2018s beautifully capture the vintage at its best. They're deep and layered but are also finely etched with a nice underlying brightness. The 2018 Fleurie is finessed with explosive aromatics of violets, strawberry, and plums, mingling with a clear soil expression and minerality.
