Dauvissat's 2023 1er Cru Vaillons delivers a serious mineral punch. You get an energizing current of saline and crushed rock minerality. This sets an exciting backdrop for the wine's penetrating palate presence.
With all of this in mind, I jumped on this modest-sized parcel of Dauvissat. It's simply that impressive.
