Oddero is making some of the most compelling wines in all of Piedmont. They are turning out classically styled Nebbiolos of incredible purity and detail. The 2021s represent yet another high-water mark.
Today, we're happy to offer Oddero's 2021 Rocche.
Rocche is one of the top crus of Barolo. In Rocche, you find a gorgeous balance between the more muscular Barolos of Monforte and Serralunga and the more perfumed and lacy examples from La Morra. Rocche leads with beautifully complex floral, red fruit, and spice notes, backed by a firm edge of raw tannin. Above all, Rocche is about aromatics and class.
Oddero's 2021 Roche is dazzling. It acts as a perfect summary of what we love about Oddero. We're not alone in being fans of the wine.
