There's plenty of Champagne's younger talent on offer, like Gaspard Brochet and Rogerie.
I should mention Elise Bougy's meticulously crafted champagne. They may largely cruise under the radar, but for people who know them, they are wines to aggressively seek out. The Coullemets should not be missed.
You'll also find plenty of interest from grandes marques, like 2008 Dom Pérignon Rosé and magnums of 1996 Cristal.
