This week's list includes rarities, like Lamy's Puligny Les Tremblots Haute Densité, and five listings of Raveneau going back to 2008.
In addition, you'll find a large selection from Lafon, Leflaive, and Roulot, including his Bourgogne Blanc. There's also Bachelet-Monnot's stunning 2020 Puligny 1er Cru Les Folatières.
Finally, we included some of our favorite white Burgundies at lower price points. We went heavy on Chablis with Fevre's 1er Montée de Tonnerre, Tribut's 1er Cru Beauroy, and Bessin-Tremblay's Chablis VV all from the 2021 vintage. There's also the Fichet's perennially overachieving Bourgogne Blanc VV and Valette's beautifully pure and naturally made Pouilly-Fuisse.

Along with his cousin François and Edmond Vatan, Pascal Cotat has firmly established how complex and ageworthy Sancerre can be. There have been countless bottles of Pascal Cotat with a decade or more of age that have astonished us.

Large Format List
I definitely got out of hand with this list of large formats. There are seventy different wines.
The list below covers a lot of ground. You'll find everything from back-vintage Allemand and Gonon to Métras's Fleurie and older Musar.
There's also magnums and three-liters of Schafer-Frohlich's 2020 Felseneck GG, along with two vintages of Bartolo Mascarello's Barolo. I'm particularly happy with the Piedmont section in general. There are so many great wines.
Finally, I should highlight Grange des Peres. In 1989, after working with JF Coche, Gerard Chave, and Trévallon's Eloi Durrbach, Grange des Péres' Laurent Vaillé bought land in the Languedoc and used dynamite to blast into rock-hard limestone. Grange des Péres is famous for a seductive majesty that's more akin to a luscious Côte-Rôtie. It's equal parts velvet and garrigue.

Many of the wines below do not require an introduction.
You'll find a healthy amount of wines from Roumier and Rousseau along with the first time that I've been able to include the wines of Bizot.
I should also call attention to the wide range of Chevillon wines, especially the 2010 NSG 1er Cru Perrières. We love the 2010 red Burgundies, and even in the context of the vintage, Chevillon made great wines. There's also a 2010 Barthod Chambolle 1er Cru Cras that merits pointing out.
Finally, you'll notice Berthaut-Gerbet's 2022 Vosne-Romanée. Her wines display a haunting purity and grace that should not be missed. As always, please give us your ideal order and we'll try our best.
