Crush Wine & Spirits does not, as a business, ship wine outside of New York State.

However, we are happy to coordinate shipment of your wine, by you, to any location Worldwide. By authorizing shipment of your wine, you are allowing Crush to engage a third party common carrier on your behalf. We provide all shipping coordination as a free service and do not profit from any shipping arrangements we make for you. Insurance (for breakage only) will be added to ALL shipments at an additional charge unless you assume all responsibility for breakage during shipment.

Deliveries within Manhattan and the outer boroughs

Crush is happy to offer delivery to all five boroughs for free. In order to receive free delivery you must meet certain minimums depending on your location.

There is $50 or two bottle minimum for free deliveries within our immediate vicinity (42nd to 79th and the East River to 5th).

As a rule of thumb the minimum for free delivery:

between 14th Street and 125th Street is $150.
below 14th Street or above 125th Street is $200
to the Outer-Boroughs of Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island is $200.

Deliveries that do not meet the minimum are subject to a $15-$20 delivery fee.

Shipment is available by ground or air Monday through Friday.

If you require immediate or rush delivery of your wines, including Saturday delivery please request it. Crush does not make an additional profit on accelerated delivery options.

International Shipments

Rates for international shipments start at $150/btl and $300/case (based on standard 750-ml. bottle at 3 lbs. (1.3 kilos) per bottle.) plus insurance & duty.

Shipments of certain wines to certain countries in certain quantities are subject to special requirements. Specifically shipments over two bottles to France and Sweden and shipments over six bottles to Switzerland, Finland, and Hong Kong. Shipping Terms / Fine Print:

Title on all Wine passes to the buyer at the time of purchase in the state of New York. If you require that your wine be shipped, you authorize Crush Wine & Spirits to engage a common carrier to deliver the wine on your behalf. IF YOU CHOOSE TO SHIP YOUR WINE TO A NON-RECIPROCAL STATE, YOU ASSUME ALL RESPONSILITY FOR COMPLYING WITH YOUR STATE'S LAWS REGARDING ALCOHOL SHIPMENTS.

You must be 21 years of age to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Crush Wine & Spirits. Any shipments containing alcoholic beverages are sent with an "Adult Signature Required" sticker, and the common carrier that delivers our merchandise is required to ask and check for identification upon delivery. This means that you will have to be present at the time of delivery.

Because we have no control over the temperature conditions at any 3rd party carriers' warehouses, we always attempt to deliver wines to our 3rd party carrier at the beginning of each week so that you can receive your wine before the weekend. As a result, your wine may not be delivered to our 3rd party carrier the day that you place your order. Please understand that during business hours, your orders are immediately packaged and scheduled for delivery, but may be delayed until ideal conditions for shipment arise.

Some of our wines are sold on a "pre-arrival" or "futures" basis. These products are explicitly indicated as "pre-arrivals" or "futures" on our Web site, email newsletter and catalog, along with the expected (but not guaranteed) arrival dates. Crush will notify you by phone, electronic mail, or postal mail when your "pre-arrivals" or "futures" have arrived and are ready to be shipped. You will be given the opportunity to coordinate the proper delivery or shipping address and method (we don't automatically ship out wines when they arrive without contacting you first).

Your are reminded that various states impose limitations on the quantity of alcoholic beverages which may be purchased and brought into their jurisdiction without requiring the purchaser, the seller or the shipper to possess certain licenses or permits. Crush Wine & Spirits, does NOT, as a condition of sale, assume any obligation nor bear any responsibility whatsoever for applying for or obtaining any such permits or licenses. Therefore, you are strongly advised to investigate such limitations and to determine the manner in which alcoholic beverages may lawfully be brought into states other than New York. Your are responsible for all applicable excise, use and sales taxes due to your state related to the purchase of any taxable goods.

Crush Wine & Spirits makes no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of New York. The Buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wines and is responsible for any loss or damage to goods once they have left our premises. By placing an order, you authorize Crush to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you.
