The moderate temperatures and our fall shipping season have passed - average temperatures throughout the country are now below the ideal range for shipping wine.
While we generally discourage shipping until temperatures warm up in the spring, if you must have your wine, please note that we will require a signed temperature waiver for shipment. We also strongly recommend overnight shipping during the winter months in order to minimize the possibility of temperature damage. If you choose to ship during the winter, you take full responsibility for any and all damage to wine due to temperature.
Our next shipping season will open in March and continue through June - naturally, specific dates depend on weather patterns, time in transit and your exact location.
You are welcome to schedule shipment within this window in advance of or during the next shipping season; please keep in mind that we require three business days to consolidate orders for shipment, so the earlier you request shipment, the better!
Finally, please understand that we have limited storage space available. Note that if you have stored wine available to ship, and we do not hear from you during the next shipping season, we reserve the right to charge you for storage. You can read more about our policies regarding temporary storage here.
