The weather is still fairly mild in many parts of the country and we’d like to take advantage of this temperate spring weather to ship your wine safely.
For customers in the South and Southeast, temperatures are already a bit too warm for safe shipping (daytime highs averaging above 70°). For these regions, we will require a signed temperature waiver in order to ship wine until temperatures have cooled off again in the fall.
While we rely on you to take responsibility for your wine, we WILL NOT SHIP your wine unless we hear from you – so don’t worry.
To facilitate your shipping, this is what we need from you:
- Please email us at shipping@crushwineco.com to authorize / schedule your shipment.
- Please include your full shipping address.
- If you have not paid for freight, kindly let us know your preferred card for the charges as well as your preferred method for shipment (Ground, 2nd Day Air, Overnight).
We will require up to 3 business days to consolidate orders, so please contact us as soon as possible so we can make your requested shipping window.
Finally, if we do not hear from you during this shipping season, we reserve the right to charge you for storage. We simply have limited storage space available. Read our policies regarding temporary storage.
Don’t worry, we will not begin to charge you without notifying you first!
