Bologna comes to Crush:

A Tasting featuring the Wine and Food of Emilia-Romagna

Thursday, February 18, from 5:30-7:30pm, we welcome William Mattiello, from NYC's Via Emilia, for one of our most unique events to date - a thoughtful and provocative tasting of the curious gems from Emilia-Romagna, served with a number of light dishes from the region.

It only makes sense: In a region so food savvy, the perfect wines have evolved to match the food. Dry, frothy Lambrusco headlines this list with its sparkle cutting through the region's rich dishes.

However, Lambrusco is only the beginning; the region offers a surprisingly wide array of sparkling and still whites and reds. At the core, these are happy wines meant to be drunk frequently with food and friends.

Come one, come all and say hello to William while you sample the wines and foods of Emilia-Romagna! As always, the event is FREE and the wines being poured will be discounted 10% - tonight only!
