2006 Chevillon Bourgogne Passetoutgrains
Chevillon makes one of the best Passetoutgrains out there. Concentrated, vibrant, and flat out lovely.

2007 Bregeon Muscadet Sur Lie
Bregeon is Muscadet at its most salty and mineral. A fresh and focused value.

2007 Cadette Bourgogne Blanc Vezelay
Chateau Cadette's Bourgogne-Vezelay Blanc originates from south of Chablis. Cadette's mineral laden wines are also loaded with stone fruits and are certainly reminiscent of Chablis.

2006 Adam Gewurz Reserve
Classic Gewurtz - Floral and spicy with exotic notes.
